the way to travel to dukkha's quenching.

This is called "right understanding."

what is right aspiration?
The
aspiration toward renunciation, The aspiration toward non-illwill,
The aspiration toward non-violence.

This is called "right aspiration."

what is right speech?
Abstention
from false speech, Abstention from malicious speech, Abstention from
coarse speech, Abstention from frivolous prattle and gossip.

Abstention
from killing, Abstention from taking what is not given, Abstention
from improper sexual conduct.

what is right livelihood?
Bhikkhus,
The disciple of the Noble Ones, In this training, Abandons wrong
means of livelihood, And finds his living through right livelihood.

This is called "right livelihood."

what is right effort?
Bhikkhus,
a bhikkhus in this Training, summons zeal and committment,
Strives,
puts forth effort, maintains and estabilishes concentration, which
have not arisen will not arise;
Summons
purpose, strives, puts forth effort, carefully estabilishes the mind,
in order to abandon harmful, unwholesome ahammas that have arisen;
Rouses
intent, strives, exerts effort, fully commits the mind, In order to
bring up wholesome dhammas which have not arisen.
Rouses
purpose, strives, exerts effort, strongly commits the mind for the
estabilishing and stabilization, not sliding, further growth,
completion, development, perfection of wholesome dhammas which have
arisen.

This is called "right effort."

what is right mindfulness?
Bhikkhus,
a bhikkhus in this Training, Dwells contemplating body in bodies, Has
defilement-burning effort, ready wisdom, and mindfulness; and remove
liking and disliking toward the world.
Dwells
contemplating feeling in feelings, Has defilement-burning effort,
ready wisdom, and mindfulness; and pulls out liking and disliking
toward the world.
Dwells
contemplating mind in the mind; Has defilement-burning effort, ready
wisdom, and mindfulness; and pulls out liking and disliking toward
the world.
Dwells
contemplating dhammas in dhammas; Has defilement-burning effort,
ready wisdom, and mindfulness; and pulls out liking and disliking
toward the world.
Bhikkhus,
This is called "right mindfulness."
Bhikkhus,
what is right concentration?
Bhikkhus,
a bhikkhus in this Training, Free from sensuality, Free from
unwholesome dhammas, Enters the first peering with noting and
experiencing, there is the contentment and joy born of solitude, and
dwells therein; Due to the calming away of noting and experiencing,
Enters the second peering which is the mind's clarity within, makes
the singular concentration appear, free of noting and experiencing,
with only the contentment and joy born of concentration, and dwells
therein; Due to the fading away of contentment, Dwells in equanimity,
with mindfulness and ready wisdom, Experiences joy through the
"mental body", Of the sort that the Noble Ones praise such
a one, "Equanimous and mindful he dwells happily". Enter
the third peering and dwells therein; Due to leaving [letting go of]
joy behind, Leaving dukkha behind, Due to the disappearance of
previous feelings of pleasure and pain, Enter the fourth peering,
free of both dukkha and sukha, have only the nature of mindfulness
purified through equanimity and dwell therein;
Bhikkhus,
This is called "right concentration."
